Yabhi Acid Regeneration Services is India's leading specialist in HCl acid regeneration for the steel pickling industry. Our engineers work at the intersection of chemical process design and industrial operations, delivering plants that reclaim and reuse hydrochloric acid with industry-leading efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and optimize HCl acid regeneration process flow diagrams (PFDs) and P&IDs
• Lead performance evaluations of spray roaster and venturi scrubber units
• Coordinate with client plant teams to assess process upsets and implement corrective actions
• Develop mass balance and heat balance models for new plant commissioning projects
• Write and review standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process control narratives

Requirements & Qualifications

• B.E. / B.Tech or M.Tech in Chemical Engineering from a recognized university
• 5–8 years of hands-on experience in acid regeneration, chemical processing, or related industries
• Proficiency in HYSYS, Aspen Plus, or equivalent process simulation software
• Strong understanding of corrosion-resistant materials selection (Hastelloy, HDPE, FRP)
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management and OHSAS 18001 safety frameworks
• Excellent written and spoken English; Marathi or Hindi proficiency is a plus
• Willingness to travel to plant sites across India for commissioning and audits
